But who doesn’t wish for a giant, flying Labrador to chase their schoolyard bullies down the mean streets of Vancouver? Sorry, spoiler! Along the way there is a magical journey concerning the power of a young boy's imagination to save a dying fantasy land from the loss of hopes and dreams. In fact, the film is filled with important life lessons, as well as great characters and special effects. Also has a catchy theme by German chap, Giorgio Moroder.
